Each of the seven bedrooms has a private bathroom and a variety of bed sizes are available to meet your needs with your choice of twin, queen, or king beds. Two bedrooms have fireplaces.

The New Berne House Inn has three stories, with bedrooms on each floor. The main floor has a bedroom which was converted from the original Sun Parlour. There are four bedrooms on the second floor and the third floor is home to two large attic bedrooms. Each room is comfortably designed with guests in mind.

One of the second floor rooms is home to a brass bed which was reportedly rescued from a burning brothel in 1897. Of additional historical interest, this brass bed was also owned by Barry Goldwater at one point.

For those interested in intrigue, rumor has it that ghosts live here. Several sightings have been reported over the years. This has been of interest in the local media and the previous owners were interviewed on the local National Public Radio; the current owner has been on a television program as well. Two popular ghost books make mention of the New Berne House Inn. For the faint of heart, rest assured that the current owner has yet to see evidence or hear reports showing any evidence of additional occupants!
